All our partners are GDPR compliant. Email and analytics data are stored in the EU. Chatbot conversations and translations are processed by Mistral AI (France, EU) under a Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policy, meaning data is not retained after a response is generated. We also use Leadfeeder (Dealfront, EU) to identify businesses visiting our website. The service identifies the visiting company based on the visitor's IP address — not individual persons — and data is stored within the EU. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (sales and business development).

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Chatbot and AI

Our website has an AI-powered chatbot for customer service. The chatbot uses Mistral AI – a French AI company with servers located in the EU.

Chatbot conversations:

• Are anonymous
• Are temporarily stored in your browser (localStorage)
• Are processed on Mistral AI's EU servers
• Do not contain personally identifiable information
• Are not used to train Mistral's AI models
• Are subject to a Zero Data Retention policy – Mistral does not retain conversations after generating a response

We still recommend not sharing sensitive information in the chat.
